Once purchased we'll send the session to your Garmin connect, so that on run day, all you have to do is hit start on your watch and follow the prompts.
The session includes time for warming up, drills and a custom set of run intervals.

How does it work?
Just select your preferred difficulty, race distance and training day, and your session will be sent to your Garmin Calendar.
You can log into your Garmin Connect Calendar and move the session anytime, if your run day changes.
We'll also send you a break down of your interval paces and consistency achieved.
Usually, this key information is not that easy to figure just from your watch, so we'll crush the data for you and email it, as soon as you sync your completed session.
